01. Future Appointment Cancellation

we require at least a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. if you do not give a 48 hour notice, a cancellation fee of half the scheduled services will be charged to your card saved on file. No exceptions!

02. Confirmation Text & Emails

as a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. you will receive an email or text message to confirm your service appointment date and time. these reminders appear 72 hours before your appointment, and then again 48 hours before your appointment, which should give you plenty of time to cancel or reschedule.

03. Sick Policy

if you have been sick in the last 48 hours please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. we will do our best to get your appointment rescheduled in a timely manner. please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, or if anyone in your household has had the flu or lice.

04. Clean Hair Policy

please come to your appointment with clean hair. build up of product in your hair can interfere with your color and glosses used during your appointment. if built up product is severe there will be an additional cost for cleaning/clearing before we start your service. also note, this can interfere with and/or replace the service time designated to styling your hair.

05. No Show Policy

your appointments are very important to us. we reserve your appointment times just for you, so we ask that if you have to, you cancel or reschedule any appointments 48 hours in advance. this way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly in order to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. we understand unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to get you rescheduled in case of an emergency. however, "no shows" will NOT be tolerated. if you do not show up to your appointment and do not give us notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.  same day cancellations/reschedules will be charged 50% of YOUR scheduled services. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

  • less than 48 hour notice: charge equal to 50% of your reserved service appointment total.

  • no show, no notice: charge equal to 100% of scheduled service amount.

we reserve your appointment times especially for you and the services you need. please understand that when you reschedule or cancel without the required notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to get in for an appointment. we appreciate all our clients who follow our policies.
